Raw material pretreatment

Metal plate inspection and cutting, ultrasonic cleaning to remove oil stains, and ensure stamping accuracy.

Automated stamping

25 presses complete the outer cover/bottom plate/handle molding, with an accuracy control of ±0.05mm.

Multi-process polishing

36 polishing machines are divided into rough polishing, fine polishing, mirror polishing (roughness Ra≤0.4μm), and CNC milling machines process the handle surface.

Environmentally friendly electroplating process

Acid pickling activation → nickel plating (5-8μm) + chrome plating (hardness HV1000+, wear resistance 150,000 times) → chromium-free passivation, heavy metal emissions reduced by 40%.

Full process quality inspection

The laboratory tests the coating thickness, salt spray corrosion, and friction coefficient; the visual equipment removes appearance defects (rejection rate <0.1%).

Finished product delivery

The Southeast Asian market relies on Malaysian warehousing, with extremely fast delivery within 15 days; anti-scratch packaging controls the sea transportation damage rate within 0.05%.
